Synopsis: I hosted the latest edition of the Beyond the Boxscore podcast. This edition featured a pair of guests discussing game theory in different areas of baseball and some recent free agent signings.
Matt Swartz of The Hardball Times and Fangraphs joined host Blake Murphy and Beyond the Boxscore’s Glenn DuPaul (also of The Hardball Times). They discussed Matt’s recent five-part series on Game Theory in baseball, how it can apply to batter-pitcher situations, the draft, posting fees and more. They also discussed a few of the more recent free agent signings and some of the remaining free agents.
