The Angels are cursed!! i was at Dodger stadium a few years ago; asked the usher to show me where the smoking area was. While there he chatted with me when he found out I was Canadian Indian; he told me that Angels stadium is built on an old Indian burial ground and the tribe had cursed the team saying they would never win the World Series; they never did. A new Chief/president of the tribe liked the Angels – brought in a medicine man to lift the curse and they won the World Series that year. I think the curse lingers!!

Ha, I’ve heard that before, too. I’m not sure if it’s ever been verified or just rumor, but it’d explain some of this luck for them.
