Title: Raptors frontcourt about to get crowded again with return of Valanciunas, Ibaka

Synopsis: In my latest for The Athletic Toronto, I tried to sort out what the Raptors’ frontcourt rotation will look like with everyone healthy.
The Toronto Raptors received good news on Wednesday morning, as Jonas Valanciunas and Serge Ibaka will be returning to the lineup as the team takes on the Denver Nuggets. Getting a pair of starters back should unquestionably be looked at as a positive — #FullSquad, and all — and still, questions flow immediately. Namely: What do the Raptors do with all of these frontcourt players, all of whom have a legitimate case for minutes in the rotation, which is impossible?
I’m not sure Dwane Casey ever watched The Wire, but he’d probably agree with Marlo Stanfield that this “sound like one of them good problems.”
It is true, though, that Casey now has six players for what have traditionally been four rotation spots. How he sorts it out will be one of the biggest questions Wednesday night and moving forward, and though it will be a fluid situation all year, let’s try to sort things out.
