In the latest Columbia House Party single, Jake and Blake get just about as Canadian as it gets, taking Serial Joe’s single Mistake for a spin. It certainly sounds a certain way in 2020. But can you blame labels, Much Music, and the band for trying to capitalize on multiple overlapping trends at once? It was worth a shot. And Skidrow is still good.
