As the NBA embarks on a rapid, compressed relaunch for the 2020-21 season, a major domino in our offseason planning dropped early Tuesday morning. The NBA and NBPA released a joint statement outlining the timing for the offseason ahead as well as rough salary cap and luxury tax estimates for the next three seasons. Today, we’re going to put a Toronto Raptors spin on that news and let you know how the revised agreement impacts the team’s plans in the November free agency period (not “summer,” Blake) and the years ahead.
