I’m a casual fan. Never been on a trade machine. But if Memphis is thinking that they can’t pay all their young guys in a couple of years, wouldn’t they consider Lowry now. Mentor to Ja. And they have young players (Melton) and salaries to make it interesting for TO. At some point Memphis needs a vet. They have a hole at the 2 guard. They wouldn’t win the championship but they could win a round in the playoffs.
Michael, this is a very odd place to leave that comment. Memphis has shown no intention of consolidating their young pieces like that yet, probably a year or two away, and you wouldn’t send Lowry somewhere he isn’t eager about.
